Entering Fanny Boucher’s workshop is for me like entering my neighborhood bakery to buy myself a plain meringue with my pocket money, at the age when my father introduced me to the principles of film development in the cellar of our building converted into a laboratory, bathed in inactinic light and the strong smell of the developer: the hanging prints that draw the eye, the scent of ink that captivates, the machines that impress, the gesture that sublimates.
I am very proud to have the privilege of collaborating with Héliog studio for the promotion of the projects developed as part of the support of the Bettencourt Schueller Foundation, following the award in 2020 of the prestigious Liliane Bettencourt Prize for the Intelligence of the hand, Exceptional talent category, for the work Arboris, photogravure wall composition two meters high.
Here, therefore, is the presentation of a box containing 4 samples of photogravure for interior decoration and design.
Thanks to Isabelle de Lasteyrie from the Agence d’Isabelle at the origin of this collaboration.
